Customers have 15 days from the delivery date to report issues such as:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., flawed prints, stitching errors)
• Damage incurred during shipping
• Incorrect items received
• Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Resolution Process:

Non-Qualifying Scenarios:
