Exceptions for Damaged/Defective Items:
Customers have 15 days from the delivery date to report issues such as:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., flawed prints, stitching errors)
- Damage incurred during shipping
- Incorrect items received
- Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
