Customers have 15 days from the delivery date to report issues such as:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., flawed prints, stitching errors)
• Damage incurred during shipping
• Incorrect items received
• Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Resolution Process:

• Order number
• Photos/video of the issue

Non-Qualifying Scenarios:

• Change of mind, sizing preferences, or minor imperfections not affecting usability.
• Items altered, washed, or worn after delivery.
